We are the elite. All the members in Water Margin are great, not only at their skill but they are just awesome people to work with. Although, I have to say, we do move along quite slowly. Slowly but surely of course. :) I'm pretty sure we have enough graphical artists/spriters but we are looking for another good programmer. If you join the clan, don't ask questions about what you should do. Say what you are going to do and do it. That's our 'less-talky-more-worky'policy. :P Check out the clan's profile.
